Ron Bester
I help bookkeepers stop running a job and start building a business they love. I've been in the trenches — and I know it can feel like you're doing this alone. You're not.
Where are you in your journey?
Wherever you are, I've curated resources to meet you there.
Just Getting Started
You know you're good at bookkeeping — but building a business around it feels like a completely different skill. Getting clients, setting prices, believing you're worth it. You're not sure where to start.
Stuck at a Plateau
You've got clients and revenue, but you're the bottleneck. Everything runs through you. You're working harder than ever and still not seeing it in your bank account.
Ready to Scale
You're ready to hire, delegate, and build a team — but you don't trust anyone else to do the work the way you do. You need structure, not just more hands.

I've been building businesses for 30 years.
Here's what I see in yours.
I ran my own businesses for almost 20 years. I've led national partnerships for some of Canada's biggest business conferences, helped launch a global summit that brought the world's top thinkers to Canadian leaders, built a product company from scratch, and written the playbook on corporate sponsorship. The genesis of everything I've done is really partnerships — bringing two groups together and making something better.
When I look at the DNA of businesses, as much as they're uniquely different, sometimes they're remarkably similar. And when I discovered the bookkeeping industry, I saw something I recognized: smart, skilled people who never intended to start a business — they created a job for themselves. Before they knew it, they were filling 40, 50, 60 hours with what they enjoy doing. But who orders the supplies? Who onboards clients? Who collects the money? Those are the things most of us never thought about when we started.
Now I bring that experience to bookkeepers. I've talked to hundreds of you, and I hear the same things: 55% say self-doubt is holding them back. 72% got into this for financial freedom. And almost everyone tells me some version of "I feel like I'm doing this alone." You're not — and you don't have to figure it out by yourself. At the end of the day, it's about building the business that fits you best. That's what I'm here to help you do.
Running a business is much different than having something you like to do that happens to make money. I've lived that lesson — and I've spent 30 years helping others see it too.
