• Practice and Firm, bundle and software only: 12-month term with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Practice and Firm billed monthly: After the 12 months the plan carries on month to month at the same price. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
• Practice and Firm billed annually: The plan renews each year. To stop it renewing, ask to cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date. Once it has renewed, that year cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Starter billed monthly: 30-day money-back guarantee. After that, cancel at any time; the plan stops at the end of the month already paid.
• Starter billed annually: 30-day money-back guarantee. After that the year cannot be cancelled or refunded. To stop it renewing, ask to cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date.
• Standalone memberships billed monthly: 30-day money-back guarantee. After that, cancel at any time; the membership stops at the end of the month already paid.
