- Simple question - uncomfortable answer.
- If you’re billing by the hour, you’re selling time.
- And time has a ceiling.
- There are only so many hours in a day.
- So even if you get faster, better, and more efficient -
- you earn the same - or sometimes less!
- That’s the trap.
- Because your clients aren’t really paying for hours.

They’re paying for: Accuracy they can trust Clarity in their numbers Confidence in their decisions

That’s expertise.

And expertise doesn’t fit neatly into a timesheet.

Think about it:

When you fix a messy set of books in 2 hours instead of 6,

should you earn less...or more?

When you spot an issue that saves a client thousands,

is that “just another hour”?

Probably not.
